Introduction | Agenda | Facilitator – Karen Foy
Karen Foy is a Coaching Psychologist, one of the first people in the country to graduate from the University of East London with a distinction in her MSc Coaching Psychology degree. Karen established her coaching business, Break Free, in 2003 working with businesses, statutory organisations and governmental departments across the country to support change and growth.
Alongside her work with teams and organisations Karen works with individuals on personal, career and business goals helping them to find the confidence, motivation and courage within themselves to create the life they dreamed of. Through her research Karen has shown the benefits of coaching on health and well-being and through her work with people living in difficult circumstances she knows everyone has the spark within them to break free and grow.
