This poem was read out at a Network Friday event and captures Icon Women perfectly. Icon Women was created in 2009 to bring women in business across South Yorkshire together. We are a social enterprise with big ambitions to support women achieve their full economic potential! Whether you are the director of a multi-million pound organisation or have just set up your own business, work from home, are climbing the professional ladder, run an internet-based company or are thinking about setting up in business, we’re here to help you find what you need in the world of work and business.
Our aims are simple – to connect anyone interested in doing business to new opportunities across South Yorkshire and via one another, celebrate success, support one another and have fun. Theres lots planned in 2012 and we hope you will be able to join us!
